5. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Certified checks and banker's drafts

Late Payments

  • All marine services comply with NIMASA (Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency) regulations

Industrial Safety

  • All industrial activities comply with Nigerian industrial safety regulations
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all project sites
  • Safety training and briefings are mandatory for all personnel

  • Equipment and materials remain our property until full payment
